Finally Breaking Through!

I’m down 0.2 lbs to 142.0 lbs today. It’s such a relief to see the scale moving downward again after those frustrating couple of days. This small drop tells me my body is ready to keep going with the weight loss.

Back to My Previous Low

I’m back to 142.0 lbs – exactly where I was on Day 15. I successfully got through that annoying plateau phase and I’m positioned to keep making progress. My total loss is back up to 5.2 lbs, which shows my overall trend is still solid.

What I Learned About Plateaus

This 3-day plateau from Days 15-17 taught me that these stalls are just part of the process. Short plateaus like this happen to everyone and they’re actually healthy. My body was just adjusting to the new weight before continuing downward.

I’m Ready for What’s Next

Today feels like the start of my next weight loss phase. The plateau tested my patience and I stuck with it. I’m going to keep doing exactly what I’ve been doing and I expect to see more consistent progress over the next few days.
