Another Great Day of Progress!

Down 0.4 lbs today to 141.6 lbs! This is exactly what I wanted to see after breaking through that plateau yesterday. Two days in a row of downward movement confirms that my body is back on track and ready to keep losing weight.

New Personal Low Weight!

At 141.6 lbs, I’ve officially reached a new low point in this journey. This is 0.2 lbs lower than my previous best of 141.8 lbs from Day 14. I’m now 5.6 lbs down total, which feels like a significant milestone. The momentum is building!

Building Real Confidence

Two consecutive days of weight loss after that plateau has restored my confidence completely. I can see that the plateau was just a temporary pause, not a permanent stop. My approach is working, and I’m starting to feel like I can really reach my goals.
