Day 19 of 21 Complete – I’ve lost 5.6 lbs (2.5 kg) total! Maintaining my lowest weight
๐ My Weight Loss Journey So Far
Maintaining My New Low
The scale shows 141.6 lbs again today – exactly the same as yesterday. This isn’t a setback at all! After two days of weight loss, it’s completely normal for my body to take a pause and stabilize at this new low weight before continuing downward.
This is How Weight Loss Works
Weight loss isn’t a straight line downward – it happens in steps and pauses. Yesterday I reached a new personal low, and today my body is consolidating that loss. This pattern is actually a sign that my weight loss is sustainable and healthy, not rushed.
Still Exactly Where I Want to Be
I’m still at my lowest weight of this entire journey. 5.6 lbs down in 19 days is excellent progress, and maintaining this weight means my body is getting comfortable with this new set point. Tomorrow could bring another drop, or another maintenance day – both are perfectly fine.
Two Days Left – Feeling Strong
With just two days remaining in my 21-day journey, I’m feeling confident and strong. Whether the scale moves tomorrow or not, I’ve already achieved something significant. I’m going to finish these last two days with the same dedication that got me here.
