Another Plateau Day – My Body is Adjusting

I’m up 0.2 lbs to 142.2 lbs today. After all that initial progress, my body seems to be adjusting to this new weight. I’ve read that plateaus are normal – this is where my metabolism stabilizes before the next phase of weight loss begins.

I’ve Still Lost 5 Pounds in 16 Days

I need to remind myself that I’ve still lost 5.0 lbs total, which is really good progress. Two days of small increases don’t erase the overall downward trend. My body is probably just consolidating and getting ready for the next phase of weight loss.

Options I’m Thinking About

I might try some gentle changes – maybe walk a bit more, mix up my meals, make sure I’m getting enough sleep, or try some intermittent fasting. But sometimes I think my body just needs time to adjust. I should probably keep doing what’s been working and be patient.

Staying Strong Through This Plateau

Plateaus are testing my mental strength more than anything else. My body hasn’t forgotten how to lose weight – it’s just taking a pause. I need to stay consistent with what’s been working. I keep telling myself that the next breakthrough will come when I least expect it.
