๐ My Weight Loss Journey So Far
6 Pounds Down – New Personal Best!
I’m at 141.2 lbs today – down 0.4 lbs from yesterday and reaching a full 6 pounds lost! This is my lowest weight of the entire journey. After that maintenance day yesterday, my body was ready to drop again. The pattern continues to work perfectly.
Mindful Eating is Working Beautifully
No hunger pangs, no calorie counting, just listening to my body and eating mostly raw, unprocessed foods. This approach feels sustainable and natural. My body is responding so well to getting proper nutrition without restriction or stress.
This Feels Like a Lifestyle, Not a Diet
The fact that I’m losing weight without hunger or deprivation tells me this is the right approach for my body. Raw, unprocessed foods are giving me energy and satisfaction while allowing my natural weight regulation to work properly.
One More Day – Already Achieved So Much
Tomorrow is Day 21 – the completion of this journey. I’ve already exceeded my expectations by reaching 6 pounds lost through a gentle, sustainable approach. Whatever tomorrow brings, I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished and how I’ve learned to nourish my body properly.
