Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Lettuce prep: Wash and thoroughly dry lettuce leaves. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Tomato prep: Core tomato and dice into small cubes.
  3. Cucumber prep: Wash cucumber and slice into thin rounds (peeling optional).
  4. Onion prep: Slice red onion very thinly for mild flavor.
  5. Combine: Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
  6. Serve: Add your favorite dressing just before serving.
