Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mixed lettuce (romaine and iceberg), chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato, diced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Lettuce prep: Wash and thoroughly dry lettuce leaves. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Tomato prep: Core tomato and dice into small cubes.
- Cucumber prep: Wash cucumber and slice into thin rounds (peeling optional).
- Onion prep: Slice red onion very thinly for mild flavor.
- Combine: Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
- Serve: Add your favorite dressing just before serving.
