Ingredients:
- 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken breast dry and brush with olive oil.
- Mix all herbs and spices in a small bowl.
- Rub seasoning mixture all over chicken breast.
- Place on baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
