Ingredients:

  • 6 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken breast dry and brush with olive oil.
  3. Mix all herbs and spices in a small bowl.
  4. Rub seasoning mixture all over chicken breast.
  5. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
