Ingredients:
- 4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 large whole wheat tortilla (10 inch)
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
- Season chicken with oregano and grill until cooked through.
- Warm tortilla in dry skillet for 30 seconds each side.
- Spread hummus evenly on tortilla.
- Layer mixed greens, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
- Top with feta cheese and olives.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Roll tightly and cut in half to serve.
