- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter (3g)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (2g)
Toppings:
- Fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes, hemp hearts
Instructions:
- Blend protein powder, banana, berries, almond milk, and almond butter until thick
- Pour into bowl and top with chia seeds and desired toppings
- Serve immediately
